This bill would establish the Alabama Centralized Grant Management Database within the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs. This bill would require the department, through the implementation of the database, to maintain an online platform that provides a centralized listing of all available federal, state, local, and private grants. This bill would require the department, through the implementation of the database, to maintain a registry of individuals and firms that may be available to assist in grant applications.
