This bill creates the Rural Hospital Sustainability and Innovation Grant Program Act to provide targeted financial assistance, modernization funding, and restructuring support to preserve essential rural hospital services and adapt care delivery models. This bill also creates the Hospital Transformation and Innovation Fund.
