In the wake of the tragic Dadeville mass shooting in 2023, Mrs. Fischer demonstrated remarkable leadership by prioritizing healing and resilience within the school community. Her initiatives, including Dawg Impact Groups (DIG) and the Dedicated Dawgs incentive program, have led to positive outcomes such as reduced absenteeism and increased student engagement.
