The resolution recognizes the Montgomery Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, as they celebrate Founders Day on February 28, 2026. The event will feature Cheryl W. In addition to her sorority accomplishments, Ms. Turner has over 30 years of experience in senior-level administrative roles within the Mississippi state government, overseeing significant budgets and personnel. She is a Diamond Life Member of the sorority and has been actively involved in various community and civic organizations.
