This bill would prohibit the use of an individual's voice or visual likeness in a digital replica in certain circumstances. This bill would provide exceptions. This bill would authorize the licensing of a digital replica. This bill would authorize private rights of action for violations of a digital replica license, or for producing a digital replica without consent.
