Current law provides for a vessel registration fee in an amount based on length of the vessel, as well as an additional fixed registration fee of $5 per vessel. This bill would consolidate these fees and provide for the distribution of these fees. This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style
