The Alabama House of Representatives proudly recognizes the exceptional achievements of the Pike Liberal Arts School Cheerleading Program during the 2024-2025 competition season. The squad earned the title of Small Varsity Division II Gameday National Champions at the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, marking the second national championship in the school's history. With an impressive score of 94.3 and no deductions, they outperformed 62 other teams nationwide, showcasing the athletes' skill, dedication, and hard work.

In addition to their national success, the Pike Varsity Cheer team also secured victories at the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Cheerleading Championship and the AHSAA South Super Regional, where they were crowned champions in both the Traditional and Game Day Divisions. The teams, led by Head Coach Katie Scott and Assistant Coaches Tara Morelock and Brittany Royal, have garnered immense pride and support from their families, classmates, and the entire community. The House of Representatives commends the Pike Liberal Arts School Cheerleading Squad for their remarkable accomplishments at both state and national levels.
