The Alabama House of Representatives proudly recognizes the exceptional achievements of the Pike Liberal Arts School Cheerleading Program during the 2024-2025 competition season. The squad achieved remarkable success by being named the Small Varsity Division II Gameday National Champions at the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida. This victory marks the second National Cheerleading Championship in the school's history, with the team finishing first overall with a score of 94.3 and no deductions, outpacing 62 other teams from across the nation.

In addition to their national title, the Pike Varsity Cheerleaders also secured the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Cheerleading Championship in November 2024, after being crowned 2A Champions in both the Traditional and Game Day Divisions at the AHSAA South Super Regional. The success of the cheerleading squad is attributed to the hard work and dedication of its members, including Captain Sydney Scott and Co-Captain Allyn Wilson, as well as the expert coaching from Head Coach Katie Scott and Assistant Coaches Tara Morelock and Brittany Royal. The House of Representatives commends the Pike Liberal Arts School Cheerleading Squad for their outstanding accomplishments and the pride they bring to their community.
