The resolution honors Dr. Reverend Clifford E. Jones for his 25 years of exemplary leadership with the Greater Peace Community Development Corporation (GPCDC), which he founded in 2000. Over the years, the organization has built 48 affordable housing units, assisted low-income families in becoming homeowners, and implemented numerous educational programs that support hundreds of students annually.
