Under existing law, the term "drug" is defined for purposes of preventing the possession, sale, or manufacture of adulterated or misbranded drugs. This bill would include within the meaning of the term "drug" all foods that contain a vaccine or vaccine material. This bill would specify that foods containing vaccine material are misbranded if not packaged according to certain requirements. This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
