Under existing law, the Alabama Uniform Minimum Wage and Right-to-Work Act authorizes the Legislature to regulate collective bargaining under federal labor laws as well as wages, leave, and other employment benefits paid by employers. This bill would repeal the Alabama Uniform Minimum Wage and Right-to-Work Act.
