This bill would further specify that electronic games of chance, including electronic bingo, video lottery terminals, and historical simulcast horse racing machines, are illegal gambling devices prohibited by law. This bill would clarify that certain coin-operated amusement machines are not gambling devices. This bill would further provide for the seizure of unlawful gambling machines and property used to commit a violation of the gambling laws. This bill would provide for the revocation of certain licenses and permits issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for a violation of the gambling laws. This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
