This bill creates a program known as the Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences in Demopolis, Alabama; provides legislative intent; provides definitions; provides for the membership, powers, compensation, and terms of a board of trustees; provides for programs and the operation of the school; provides for extracurricular activities; and prescribes eligibility requirements.
