11 AN ACT

13 Relating to Elmore County; to authorize the Elmore
14 County Board of Education to insure school buildings and
15 property either in the State Insurance Fund or with an
16 insurance company.
17 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
18 Section 1. In accordance with Section 41-15-1, Code
19 of Alabama 1975, the Elmore County Board of Education may
20 insure school buildings and property in the State Insurance
21 Fund or with an insurance company, whichever, in the opinion
22 of the board, provides the best coverage for the school
23 buildings and property.
24 Section 2. This act shall become effective
25 immediately following its passage and approval by the
26 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
