FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. SCSCSHB129(STA)
2024 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The agency can absorb the cost of creating regulations pertaining to sections 24 and 25, campaign legal funds. Section 23
requires artificial intelligence disclosures on campaign communication. The Commission does not foresee any costs
associated with this requirement. Therefore the agency submits a zero fiscal note.
This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
