2023 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This legislation exempts Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) corporations from the requirement of an
affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the shares entitled to vote for the adoption of an amendment to the articles of
incorporation.
The Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing does not anticipate a fiscal impact from this legislation.
