FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. SB33
2023 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
SB33 extends the effective date of the Renewable Energy Grant Fund and recommendation program to June 30, 2033.
The Alaska Energy Authority has budget authority of $1,401.2 in the FY2024 Governor operating budget for ongoing
administrative costs for the Renewable Energy Grant Fund. Extending the Renewable Energy Grant Fund does not create
additional costs for the Alaska Energy Authority.
The Alaska Energy Authority does not anticipate fiscal impact from this legislation.
