2024 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
HB 3 amends statutes related to municipal taxation by adding to the list of exemptions from borough sales taxes and
adding to the list of exemptions from city sales taxes.
This bill adds an exemption from borough sales and use taxes, and from city sales and use taxes, for the sale or exchange
of specie.
The Division of Community and Regional Affairs does not anticipate fiscal impact from this legislation.
