2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This legislation changes the Revised Program Legislative (RPL) process to limit the Governor's authority to increase
appropriations of federal or other program receipts. This legislation provides for delayed effectuation of an RPL at varying
levels of expenditure.
This legislation may delay increases to appropriations of federal or other program receipts but that amount cannot be
determined.
This change to the RPL process will not impact the workload of the Office of Management and Budget and therefore a zero
fiscal note is submitted.
