FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. CSSB 95 (STA)
2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill allows for a volunteer search and rescue group that organizes to provide search and rescue services in the state to
exercise first right of refusal on obsolete or surplus state property that may assist in carrying out future search and rescue
services. This bill will have limited effect on the Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM) and therefore
OPPM submits a zerofiscal note.
