FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB32 (CRA)
2019 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill expands the pool of eligible entities that could get a loan using Alaska Housings Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan
program (AEERLP). Currently, eligibility applies to public buildings, including schools and University of Alaska. It expressly
prohibits for-profit entities from receiving loans.
Loan activity would be managed in the same fashion as other loan programs in AHFC's portfolio.
