2018 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The bill would authorize the Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce to conduct a race classic under their charitable
gaming permit. Currently, only the Seward Chamber of Commerce Convention and Visitor's Bureau is authorized to
conduct a race classic with a gaming permit.
DOR can absorb within current staffing levels.
